I love what K.O. said here...

I wish that people who don't know how they feel about this issue would just come talk to me for a moment. This issue has effected my life more than any other political issue on the table. I listened to this from Keith Olberman, and he really put to words a lot of my frustrations... I'd love to hear any comments that you might have on the video. Please take a moment and watch, or don't.

Joel, I know you're a Barack supporter and that you may be liberal in some of your ideals and I think you rock! I respect your views and I'm glad you're not afraid to post them in this all too red state. I'm so glad you didn't take offense at my posting and to be honest, I really loved what Keith said here! I'm just SO GRATEFUL I wasn't in California the last couple months because I think I may have gone inactive for a while.

Anyway, I hope you DO NOT avoid me at church. I'll be very upset if you do :)

For as much as I hate Keith Olberman and think he's a babbling demagogue (he's Sean Hannity's "Bizzaro"), I have to agree with some of what he said in that video.
I just wish marriage was something that the government didn't need to be involved in at all.
Olberman should have stayed at ESPN.

I agree with what he said. I just feel I can't take away people's happiness especially when I don't even know them! I am proud of you for putting that video on there.

I know this comment is super late, but hey I just found your blog today.
I dredded the months leading up to Nov4 here in CA. All the members sending around emails, staging picket lines (and in turn physically fighting with Anti Prop 8s), the church spending $8million of the member's money towards this.... and here it is, the thoughts I couldn't succeed at putting into words to share with those misguided, loathing, people.

THANKS for posting this link... I want everybody to be able to experience love. If I did not have a spouse to share love with throughout my life, I'd crawl under a rock!
