Piano for sale

Do you know anyone who wants a piano? We just installed hardwood in our living room, and I don't want to roll it onto our brand new hardwood.

It's an Astin-Weight with a light-brown stain, and in great condition. All keys work, and are in good shape. The only issue is the sustain pedal is not working. We are trying to figure out how much it would cost to repair. Please make and offer! We need it out ASAP!!!
