Joel and I have been working nonstop for the past three weeks. We beat our record in December for the most appraisals done in one month! That's great, but we averaged about four hours of sleep a night. This picture of Joel was taken at about four in the morning after a night of working. That's why our blog has not been very exciting lately.

Is that for real? Wouldn't the floor be more comfortable?! That is so crazy!! You guys deserve a break! Congrats on all the hard work!
You two need to take a weekend and sleep all weekend. Or at least take a night off soon to hang out with us.
