Joel talked the builders into letting us close on Thursday, so we got the keys to our brand new home on Friday!!!! We have been moving all weekend, and will be getting our new furniture on Monday. We are so excited! I can't believe it's finally here. We slept in our new home last night, and it felt so perfect. We are extremely blessed. Another great thing that happened this weekend is that Joel got his letter from the state saying that he is cleared to take his final test to become a licensed appraiser. He takes his test on Wednesday. We are so excited for that. Joel has been working so hard, and it's completely paying off. Wish him luck on the test!

You guys have worked so hard for this really. You deserve every bit of it.And you didn't tell us about the license clearing thing! Big news! Your place is awesome. You and hopefully WE will have some good times there! For many years to come.
PS I like the pic of Joel opening the door with the key! You guys are really stepping it up in the blogging world. Was that Joel's idea? ha ha ha I'm serious.
No, that was actually MY idea. Yes, I know that is a creative side from me that is rarely seen, but it comes out every once in a while :)
